I get "access denied" when I try to look at the unpublished comment to my "Hello all" post. I can see the others OK, just seem to be blocked from that one.

Dear Maki, see http://justbento.com/forum/hello-all-0 which has been updated recently with a spam link at the bottom. Which actually goes to a 404 not found, so not terribly clever. Either you've been hacked or Lavender is a plant. I just realised what I wrote! You know what I mean, plant as in not what she seems.

I was trying to reply to a post at http://justbento.com/forum/one-pot-meals-busy-cook and hitting the "reply" link just re-loaded the page. I did it twice too, just to check I hadn't hit the wrong thing by mistake.

The spam filter service I'm using (Mollom) may be choking due to the high volume of comments for the giveaways, so I've switched it off temporarily. This probably means that you'll see unpublished spam comments floating around, but please ignore them...I'll delete them ASAP. Thanks! ^_^

There's been a spate of carefully crafted short posts, each one just scrambling to make it relevant to the topic. And each one links directly to an advert when you click on the name (rather than the Just Bento 'about me' page) For example, the strange comment about preferring outdoor fryers for making tonkatsu leads to an advert for cajun fryers

There's a slew of words that can have offensive connotations and it's hard to know which ones to be concerned about. Especially as there are words which are innocent in one culture but not another (the term 'Oriental' to describe someone springs to mind, difficult for Brits to grasp as 'Asian' means 'West Asian' for most Brits). I'm bringing this up as I'm aware that 'retarded' is widely regarded as a demeaning term of abuse.
