Hello,
I got a bottle of grape juice syrup as a present a while ago. I've used it as pancake topping and with ice cream etc but have been recently wondering if it could be used as an ingredient for any dishes or perhaps pickles? The syrup is not very thick, it's quite liquid in fact.
I'm going to experiment with it and see what I can cook up, but any ideas are welcome!

I've never seen grape juice syrup, but I use pomegranate molasses, palm syrup, and date molasses as yoghurt toppings. I'm sure grape syrup could be used likewise. I dish out about a cup of plain unsweetened (home made, actually) yoghurt, sprinkle it with some dried fruit and nuts, then drizzle a teaspoon or two of one of the syrups over it. It's quite delicious and makes me feel as though I've had a decadent dessert although it's really reasonably healthy.
