I love the idea of bento. I take my lunch almost every day to work and always get comments on how it is packed. I had no idea that packing your lunch in reusable containers and making it look appealing had a name until I bought Maki's book. I have marked several recipes to try already. I look forward to learning from everyone on this site. I live in Portland and we have several good sources for Japanese/Asian foods. I hope to go find some cute bento assessories soon
