After a few weeks of charaben, we’re back to a sensible everyday bento for this week’s Great Bento Idea. That doesn’t mean it’s not attractive and colorful though!
This is from Gnoe, a Dutch bentoist who blogs at Graasland in both English and Dutch. She’s a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and keeps detailed records of her weekly menus on her site - a great help for anyone who wants to follow her eating style. The featured bento here - a lacto-ovo-vegetarian one of course - is Middle Eastern inspired, and has plenty of color, to as Gnoe says “keep the dark November days back”. The red beet hummus looks really interesting. There’s even a cute mini-Babybel cheese character in the back! Read more about this bento on Graasland.

Thanks for the spotlight O Big Onigiri! ;)
I feel really honoured. :))
These days I mostly blog in English by the way; Dutch posts are getting pretty rare.
Come visit at Graasland!
