Today's bento has 1 cup of braised baby pak choy, 1 small cup of roasted organic potatoes, 1/2 oz of chicken rice with peas and green onion, 1 2" oz if square of rib topped with a bit of dry hot sauce, 2 dumplings from my stockpile-one kimchi, organic beef, 1 chicken, + local black mushrooms on top of some siracha and a pickel slice .
