Hello. My name is Audrey. This is my first post. -->group says, hi audrey. *^-^*
I love the "cake" setting on my rice cooker. It makes a mean Angel food cake. I was wondering if anyone here has experimented widely with this setting. I am hoping to find a recipe for cornbread.
Thank you!

Hi Audrey (see, we really did say it). Can't help with the cornbread, I do my baking in an oven. Good luck though.

Now I'm curious...a 'cake' setting on a rice cooker? How does it work? Maybe you could (I really hate to say it...) try a Jiffy-brand corn-muffin mix???? (That's not even an educated guess, just a random thought...)
Foodies do it better.
