I won a laptop lunch kit years ago at work. I have been looking for ideas every since. I love your book and am looking forward to kicking off 2013 bento style!

I discovered the joy of bento when I came upon your site over a year ago. Now, time permitting, I make 1-2 bentos a week for my husband and myself. What a good idea to start bento courses! I'd love to participate - probably in the 'post-beginner' stage but I shall also be keeping an eye out for the beginners course starting next month!

I am interested in the courses. I am likely post beginner as well...but maybe not if you are a stickler for form. My aim for 2013 is 3-4 packed lunches per week, with a freezer stash to pull from at assembly. I also pack lunches for my husband, some of which may follow the bento concept (he tends to be a sandwich and drink kind of guy, but Intry to mix things up on him now and then, for the sake of variety.)
